“The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.” —Nelson Mandela

In life, we all face moments of deep hurt, challenges, and trauma that can shake our sense of safety and who we are, yet these moments also hold the possibility for healing, meaning, and growth. These experiences can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to offer a safe space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and make sense of what they’ve been through.

I specialize in helping individuals who have faced trauma, and more specifically, betrayal trauma. I use a blend of trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and meaning-making approaches to help clients understand their stories, rebuild trust—both with themselves and others—and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and hopeful.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Art from Brigham Young University, and I’m currently completing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands. Outside of the counseling room, I love being creative—especially drawing and painting—spending time outdoors, and listening to a good audiobook.
