Mason is a Clinical Social Worker with seven years of experience in the mental health field. Mason graduated with a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Utah, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Mason enjoys providing a safe, comfortable space where people can find the strength to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Mason is passionate about using the tools and knowledge he has been given to support people through their challenges and help them move towards their goals.
Mason’s therapeutic approach utilizes EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness techniques to help people understand themselves and work to process traumatic experiences. Mason is fully trained in EMDR and is working towards EMDR certification.
Mason specializes in helping individuals with PTSD, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Anxiety, and Depression. I also specialize in helping people navigate relationships, heal from grief, process childhood and adult acute and complex trauma, faith transitions, self-image, and personal development.
