If there is anything in life that is guaranteed, it is that we are all going to struggle from time to time. It's part of being human. Sometimes those struggles leave us feeling overwhelmed and defeated, but it doesn't have to be that way forever. My goal as a therapist is to provide a calm, safe environment for clients to share their worries and, together, find ways to make life's struggles feel more bearable.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who have faced trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, body image distress, OCD, and grief. I pull from a variety of interventions, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to tailor therapy to each client's unique experiences and preferences. Clients who work with me can expect a compassionate, collaborative, trauma-informed approach.

I am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at the University of Utah. I have also received my undergraduate degree in psychology from Brigham Young University.
