"Being where the client is at is extremely important in therapy because this is their process and experience,"
Do you struggle with life's challenges and worry that you are somehow flawed? It's common to envy others' perceived success and doubt our own worth. This can lead to self-destructive thoughts that make us feel isolated and hopeless. However, each person possesses untapped wisdom and strength. I am dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults cultivate self-compassion and recognize that we are all works in progress. I provide a warm, confidential, and nonjudgmental space to meet clients where they are. Together, we can enhance resilience and hope, and create a realistic path toward your goals.
I am currently working toward licensure in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through the University of Phoenix. I hold a bachelor's degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development from Brigham Young University.
