Amy Hyde, LCMHC

 

Amy is a licensed Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Utah, and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University. She’s trained in brain-based interventions that help clients improve their physiological and emotional self-regulation skills. Her intuitive, nonjudgmental, and empathetic nature provides a safe space for clients to learn adaptive coping strategies, process their concerns, and heal.

Amy’s eclectic therapeutic approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and parts work. She specializes in issues related to complex trauma, dissociative disorders, sexual abuse, emotional dysregulation, domestic violence, depression, and anxiety. Amy is seeing clients at both our Draper and Riverton offices.
