Kelli knows the key to success in therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship built upon honesty and trust. She provides a calming, nonjudgmental, and empathetic space so that clients can feel comfortable opening up about their deepest struggles. She uses a client focused approach to help her clients learn the necessary skills to find calm and clarity during life’s greatest storms.  These evidence-based practices include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), play therapy, and mindfulness.
