Kelli Frandsen, CSW

Kelli is a licensed Certified Social Worker. She completed her undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and received her Master of Social Work from the University of Utah. Kelli works with children, teens and adults dealing with a broad range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, divorce, grief, and trauma.

Kelli knows the key to success in therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship built upon honesty and trust. She provides a calming, nonjudgmental, and empathetic space so that clients can feel comfortable opening up about their deepest struggles. She uses a client focused approach to help her clients learn the necessary skills to find calm and clarity during life’s greatest storms.  These evidence-based practices include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), play therapy, and mindfulness.
